Core Introduction and Core Lab are just the beginning of your journey learning about our Communities of Disciples pathway. We are called to be lifelong learners who continually grow into the likeness of Jesus. Core+ provides ongoing opportunities to continue learning, growing, and applying what you’ve learned in Communities of Disciples pathway through resources and opportunities. We aim to make the resources easy for anyone to access, while most of the opportunities happen at one of our Vineyard Columbus campuses in Central Ohio.

Belong to a
Small Group Community
Small Groups are the way we gather during the week to become the people of God we desire to be. In these groups we practice the way of Jesus together: study scripture, have honest conversation, pray for and serve one another.
Leadership Development Course with Rich Nathan
Our Founding Pastor, Rich Nathan, leads a course for current VC Leaders on Monday nights called: Leadership | Kingdom, Theology & Mission. The goal is to equip leaders in Kingdom theology, Biblical interpretation, and practical application.
12 for 12 Groups
12-for-12 groups meet monthly, and consist of approximately twelve people committing themselves to intentionally joining together for 12 months in the process of spiritual formation.

Small Group Leader
Small Groups are at the heart of community at Vineyard Columbus. This is where our church family is really discipled, but it doesn’t happen without Small Group Leaders. We are always looking for new small group leaders. If God is calling you to lead a group, we invite you to take the first step by filling out this application.
Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is a relational process in which a trained spiritual guide listens to and companions someone who desires a deeper relationship with God. For Christians, this means becoming more like Jesus Christ.
