Section 4

Leadership Posture

Julia and Eric talk about our leadership posture in these videos – but don’t worry, you don’t need to sit rigid with a straight spine to view them. Leadership postures refer to the ways we frame our relationship towards others. In particular, what posture should leaders take towards those who don’t believe in Jesus, towards sin in the church, and towards other churches? Postures are important as leaders, because the Kingdom of God is not only concerned with distinctives and convictions, but how you hold those distinctives and commitments in relationship with others.
