Administrative Assistant to Director of Health Clinics (Full Time) - More Information

• Responsible for the administrative support of the Director of Health Clinics and the medical, dental, and optometry clinics.
• Excellent computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.
• Excellent public relations and written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible attitude, welcoming personality, and ability to multi-task.
• 2-5 years experience in administrative support capacity in medical or dental field.
• High school diploma or its equivalent (bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred).

• Cross-training for cashier, barista, cook, coffee and clean-up.
• Reliable, team player, motivated and “fun personality”.

• Dependable, competent individual with culinary skills in preparation for large groups
• Team-player desired who is good-natured with a servant heart

• Manage, Mentor & develop Communications staff
• Establish communications protocols
• Manage communications for all major church events
• Provide creative direction and leadership to reach specific demographics

• Provide intern level oversight and support for weekend Rock services
• Attend tactical and strategic planning meetings within the ministry

• Work alongside the grade school pastor to learn the many facets of ministry.
