We have two food pantry locations:
Fruit of the Vine Pantry
181 E. 5th Avenue between Summit and North 4th Street between Summit and North 4th Street in the short north area. Serves the zip code area of 43201.
Northside Food Pantry
4664 Cleveland Avenue, just north of Morse Road. Serves the boundary zip code areas 43229, 43224 and 43231.
If you do not live in theses zip codes, we can serve you one time.
If you live in any of these areas, the pantry hours are every Saturday, 8:30-11:30 am. with food pick-ups between 9:30-11:30 am. Please bring a picture ID which shows your current address; we will also take a letter addressed to you showing delivery.
For children, please bring social security card or birth certificate. If you are a member or attender of Vineyard Columbus, please contact our our Urban Ministry, 614.259.5441 for a pantry pass only if you do not live in the zip code areas or if you are a member/attender and need to request additional visits beyond the once a month regular visits. If you are a member/attender and live in the zip code area, we encourage you visit once a month for food.
The Ohio Benefit Bank is a web-based computer program designed to connect low and moderate income Ohioans with access to public benefits, such as food stamps, Medicaid, income tax assistance, and other programs. For an appointment with a Vineyard Community Center counselor, please leave a voicemail message with your phone number and your available days and times at 614.259.5352 or email Vineyard Community Center (put "Ohio Benefit Bank" in the subject line). The counselor will contact you with an appointment. We also have counselors at the pantry locations at 5th Avenue and Cleveland Avenue. Hours to meet with a counselor are Saturday mornings from 8am-11:30pm at these two locations. Please call 614.259.5441 to make an appointment.
