Community Outreach ministries represent some of the many ways our church community reaches out to our neighbors with both mercy and justice. Motivated by the compassion of Christ, we in turn want to demonstrate that same love and kindness toward others. The center of this ministry could be summed up in Micah 6:8 – do justice, show mercy, and walk humbly with our Lord.
Our dedicated volunteer leaders lead hundreds of volunteers in significant mercy and social justice service with large numbers of vulnerable persons in our community each week. These outreaches take place through our food pantries, the homeless community, several men and women's prisons, nursing homes, a church service and dinner downtown, and a variety of important support ministries.
