Bob Crawford, MA, PCC
Bob works with individuals, couples and adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. He has worked in the areas of sexual abuse, addiction, and dysfunction. He incorporates spiritual insight, clinical experience and humor to help people find solutions to their problems. Bob has been a member of Vineyard Columbus since 1985. He has been married 20 years and has two teenage sons.

Vicky Grady, MACPC
Vicky graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary in Clinical Pastoral Counseling. She has been involved with church leadership for over 20 years, and has been involved with Vineyard since 1989. Vicky specializations include individual and marriage counseling. She has been married to Patrick for over 20 years and has three children.

Lorie Kaufman-Rees, MA, MFCS, PCC
Lorie has a dual degree in Guidance and Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. Before coming to Vineyard Columbus in 2000, she was involved in a private Christian practice in Toledo for 3 years. Her passions include working with women, followed by couples, teens, and children. She is also trained as a divorce mediator. She specializes in depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, but also works quite a bit with eating disorders, sexual abuse, grief, self-image, behavioral issues, parenting difficulties, infidelity, spiritual issues, and just about anything else people want to talk about! Lorie is also available to come to home groups and women's groups to share on counseling related topics.

Bekah Maccaughey, MSW, LSW
Bekah has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Lee University and a Masters degree in Social Work from the Ohio State University. She works with severe to mild mental health issues including depression, bi-polar and anxiety. She works with women's issues including gender identity and sexuality, grief, and relationship issues such as communication and anger problems. She loves eating ice cream and enjoys a good laugh.

Karis Mason, PC
Karis has her Masters in Clinical Professional Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. She does not accept insurance at this time, and takes self-pay clients on a sliding scale. She has worked for community mental health in Lancaster, Ohio for over three years providing mental health treatment and diagnostic assessments to a variety of client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Her preferences include counseling sexual abuse survivors, family issues, career counseling, and treating eating disorders. She also has experience in assisting clients build and utilize anger management skills, relaxation skills, and social skills to address emotional and behavioral disorders. She has been married for three years and has one child.

Mark McCarthy, MA, MDiv, PCC
Mark is a licensed professional clinical counselor with a Master of Divinity and a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary. He was trained under Doctors Larry Crabb and Dan Allender. Mark has been counseling for more than 20 years and involved with Vineyard Church of Columbus for over 10 years. He specializes in marriage reconciliation, anxiety, depression, abuse recovery and other mental health issues. Some insurances are accepted. Mark has been married to Kathy since 1985 and they have 2 children.

Mark Sullivan, MSW, LISW
Mark has been practicing counseling for over 20 years. He works with a variety of issues including: mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, children with emotional and behavioral problems, sexual issues involving dysfunction, addiction or abuse, and marital and parenting difficulties. Mark accepts most insurance coverage and is also a medicare and medicaid provider.

Teresa Smith, MA in Biblical Counseling; Spiritual Direction
Teresa was formerly VCC's Support and Recovery Pastor and loved every minute of working with leaders who choose to bring Jesus' healing care to those in their time of brokenness. This summer Teresa returned to the Professional Counseling Center in order to work just 2 days a week vs the 50 plus hours of the Pastor position. Her specializations include individual & marriage counseling as well as she meets with individuals for spiritual direction. Teresa does not take insurance. Before this second season of life call from the Lord, Teresa loved her two former jobs as a public elementary school teacher and at home mom. Teresa is the biggest fan of Addison, her wonderful husband of 28 years and their two terrific adult sons…. whom she adores and respects.
